When I decided to look for a house to buy, I asked my friends who would be a good realtor to go with. A lot of my friends told me to go with Dave Thompson. I am glad that I went with Dave, because he listened to what I wanted. He was willing to go and look at houses that fit with my schedule, be it in the evening or on weekends. When we went to look at the houses, Dave would be honest and say what he thought of the house, whether he thought it would be a good buy or it would take too much time and money to fix it. I was happy to hear his suggestions as it helped me to find the right house for my daughter and myself. He always told me that I would know the right house when I saw it. He said that I would have that feeling. When I found the house I am now living in, I knew it was the perfect place. Dave was great with my daughter and my niece when they went looking with us. He let them help him and had a lot of patience when answering their questions, which was great as we looked at a lot of houses.
